Our Story
TrueCMS started as a response to the same pattern playing out across agencies and in-house teams: expensive retainers, reactive support, and burnt-out engineers delivering last-minute fixes. We knew there was a better way. By coupling a rigorous CI/CD pipeline with seasoned Drupal engineers, we give organisations a calmer, more predictable way to operate critical digital services.

Ivan Grynenko
Founder, Head of Delivery, Lead Engineer & Lead Trainer
Ivan wears the founder, engagement, and lead engineer hats, guiding projects end to end, running delivery cadence, leading the development team, and staying hands-on in the code. He also leads our training practice—delivering GovCMS & Drupal site building/administration courses, module & theme development bootcamps, CI/CD enablement, and AI-assisted delivery workshops. With 17 years in Drupal and a decade in GovCMS, he has supported major government and enterprise platforms.
Daniel Grynenko
Drupal Developer & Accessibility Engineer
Daniel brings 6 years supporting Drupal teams as an accessibility and QA engineer across corporate & state, and federal government websites, coupling inclusive delivery with robust builds. He is the go-to for security update rollouts, level 2 support, and the QA-to-fix loop so production environments stay stable and compliant.
Natalia Bogatyrova
Operations & QA Specialist
Nataliya keeps the studio running: from bookkeeping precision to hands-on quality assurance, so every delivery stays on budget and on spec. As our level one support engineer, she triages incoming requests, keeps communication flowing, and makes sure ticket resolution stays inside SLA commitments.
